How does one get from Tevinter anywhere, without being followed by the Venatori? One finds a pirate, and one pays them quite a bit to get one out of the country.

Chrysanthe almost doesn't care where she goes, as long as it is not, as she puts it, "rife with new, Maker-less insanity". Which might be a tall order, considering. The Mage stands at the railing of the ship, out of the way, her eyes wide and unfocused, looking at the sea. It seemed to stretch on forever.

"Do your men think I'm bad luck?" She asks, knowing the Captain can hear her. "They dream of their fears." And she is prominent in those dreams.
